DELIVERY POLICY

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Monday-Thursday: any order received before 12pm will be shipped that day. After 12pm will be sent out the following working day. Fridays: Due to courier constraints, orders will be sent out by the following Monday or working day, however, we will make every effort to get your order picked up on that Friday if submitted early enough.

Delivery times: These vary state to state, however general delivery time estimates are as follows:

NSW Metro – 1-2 days

NSW Regional – 2-5 days

ACT – 1-3 days

VIC Metro – 1-2 days

VIC Regional – 2-7 days

QLD Metro – 1-2 days

QLD Regional – 2-7 days

SA Metro – 2-4 days

SA Regional – 4-10 days

WA – Metro – 7-10 days

WA – Regional – 7-12 days

NT – Metro – 5-10 days

NT – Regional – 5-12 days

TAS – 3-7 days

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes at this time.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. You will receive a full refund minus a $27 postage and handling fee for the small retail pack and a $58 postage and handling charge for the bulk pack. Please email us at info@autosmartretail.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Autosmart Australia Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. On the receipt of the goods we will send you your refund by cheque.
